Operator Error

I keep hearing how financially successful this company is but for the life of me I cannot place an order, never mind get a price quote. I got one response that didnt even answer my question, and they never responded to further inquiry. I was very specific with my request.

Customer service was just as helpful - which means not at all. The FAQs are full of my same issues and I am baffled by the answers. Be advised, this is not Hong Kong eBay. I will stick with eBay and other sources.
