Almost Useless / Above Retail

I was obtaining quotes from multiple companies and with the received quotes and messages being in two different places it is extremely difficult / impossible, to follow.

Additionally replies to messages are usually from an individuals name with no company identifier making The messages Untraceable to the product and impossible to follow.

A simplified messaging system to clearly track quotes and messages to the contacted companies would greatly improve the application making it useful for business.

When trying to provide this feedback within the app I found that the feedback section does not work.

Warning: The majority of quotes I received were at retail, or way above normal retail pricing, here in my local area
