Its no Facebook, but it gets the job done, usually.

This app is impossible to use.

A lot of times sellers tell me they sent an email message - multiple times - and the app doesnt show either a message or an email. The way email is integrated with the chat flow is unintelligible and flawed leading to disconnected communications and redundant messages popping up. The chat conversations always have your buying request widgets pop up when you open them. These requests link back to your request but cant they be anchored just once on top ??? when you start an order it seems the seller doesnt see it. At least app doesnt indicate the seller got the request. Theres no help guide or "how it works" anywhere. I might be better off just visiting China and having s better experience with my seller over the phone or Skype instead of using this mess.

Dame app keeps freezing up on home page. It doesnt let you do anything half the time. I need to keep restarting the app, and hope I get lucky.

The chat on this and the site does not share messages, half the conversation is on phone, other computer, same window. The search will find your product then redirect to "none found" and you must click into it to back out, which erases your search.

Completely useless 90% of the time. It freezes, it doesnt respond well, always needs restarting... If frustration was translated into money, this app would make me rich!

Who ever design this app is an idiot. They left out the landscape. Most people use their iPads in landscape due to add ones like external case key pad and protective case. I deleted the app because its a hassle to remove my case to use the app. Designer dont take into account that there are many different ways people use their devices. When a company limit how there product works then they limit the customer base.

Good app! Just needs a sort button to sort the products! Will rate 5 when this happens!

I keep hearing how financially successful this company is but for the life of me I cannot place an order, never mind get a price quote. I got one response that didnt even answer my question, and they never responded to further inquiry. I was very specific with my request. Customer service was just as helpful - which means not at all. The FAQs are full of my same issues and I am baffled by the answers. Be advised, this is not Hong Kong eBay. I will stick with eBay and other sources.

My phone was hacked after installing this app. Dont do it!

I was obtaining quotes from multiple companies and with the received quotes and messages being in two different places it is extremely difficult / impossible, to follow. Additionally replies to messages are usually from an individuals name with no company identifier making The messages Untraceable to the product and impossible to follow. A simplified messaging system to clearly track quotes and messages to the contacted companies would greatly improve the application making it useful for business. When trying to provide this feedback within the app I found that the feedback section does not work. Warning: The majority of quotes I received were at retail, or way above normal retail pricing, here in my local area

1 star for constant annoying notifications trying to get you to open the app. I literally just got a notification saying "Look" -- DELETED. Good service, terrible app.

This app makes it impossible to do business on my iPad or iPhone. They make you use the app instead of allowing me to still use my browser. To get really anything done I have to log into my laptop. Very frustrating.

Great app but doesnt let me open my messages... It freezes everytime please fix!!!!
